In the summer of 1992, Rex Arnett and his wife, the former Pat Pendergast, donated a small but gorgeous piece of land along the tidal upper reaches of the Centerville River. The lot is 0.27 acres of wetland between two cottages on Craigville Beach Road. Their gift has helped protect this section of the marsh, and contribute to surrounding water quality.
